Pay with your First Bank Hampton debit card using Apple Pay®, Google Wallet™, Samsung Pay®, and select wearable devices. Mobile wallet lets you make secure, contactless payments wherever you see the mobile payment symbol.

How to get started:
Add your debit card using the wallet app on your mobile device. Open your device’s wallet app, follow the prompts to add your First Bank Hampton debit card, and begin using mobile wallet where contactless payments are accepted.

Mobile wallet availability may vary by device type and card type. Some cards may require additional verification during setup.

Security you can trust:
Your card number is not shared with merchants when you use mobile wallet. A secure digital card number is used to help protect your information.
  • What is a mobile wallet?
    A mobile wallet lets you store your debit card digitally on your smartphone or wearable device so you can make secure, contactless payments where mobile payments are accepted.
  • Which First Bank Hampton cards work with mobile wallet?
    All First Bank Hampton debit cards can be added to mobile wallets. Availability may vary by device or based on parental controls.
  • Which mobile wallets are supported?
    First Bank Hampton debit cards may be used with Apple Pay®, Google Wallet™, Samsung Pay®, and select wearable wallets such as Apple Watch®, Fitbit Pay™, and Garmin Pay®.
  • Do I add my card through the First Bank Hampton mobile app?
    No, cards are added through your device’s wallet app, such as Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
  • Why am I seeing a message that says “contact your bank”?
    This message may appear if your device or card is not supported or if additional verification is required. Re-add the card and select "text the code instead". If you still see this message, please contact First Bank Hampton for assistance.
